did not stay had to...

Disliked: I tried cancelling right after making the reservation. I could not do so on the booking website so I called the hotel and they said they would contact booking.com which I assumed was done but the charge showed up on my credit card which I am disputing

great location, friendly helpful staff,...

Liked: rooms are comfortable and basic, great location you can park at hotel, no need to use car at all and walk to all you need-food, gondola, shuttles etc.
