Staff very friendly, beautiful place

Disliked: There was nothing wrong with the property is perfect

Disappointing

Liked: I stay once and was ok. Clean room. Everything workout. Bed comfortable. Second time it was a disaster. They upgraded us for a bigger room what supposed was very nice but the room was not very clean. And 2 of 3 nights of sleep the heater didn’t work. We told the receptionist and they said they “will have a look”. It was 28 degrees. Freezing night, we could sleep. And the receptionist just said sorry and that will talk with the boss about it. Very frustrating. So depending on which room you are in, you have a totally different experience. And they don’t care much about fix your problems.

Liked: No closet space! No table, No chairs no kitchen area only beds with a small TV and night stand. Never even got a chance to exchange rooms. Was told that they were fully booked! I saw a lot of vacant rooms
Disliked: The area was nice but the room was very poor. Not even a chair to sit in.
