The whole place needs maintenance,...

Liked: The location was good for my plans the next day.
Disliked: No phone in the room or a coffee maker. Poor draining in the bathroom, the hand- bowl (sink) was sluggish. The refrigerator did not get cold. Fortunately I travel with my own pillow and bedding (sleeping bag) and there are fast food places close by. I did not see or get any breakfast or coffee - just a couple of granola bars.

Liked: 1st room they put me in the TV didn't work. I asked to change rooms, he said no. After working on the TV, 1.75 hrs later, I insisted. The 2nd room the shower curtain fell off. The TV continued to reboot in the middle of watching a billards championship. Aggravating. No continental breakfast. They had pop tarts and coffee. I struggled with the desk clerk when checking in because it sounded like he wasn't finishing his sentence going directly into the next thought in his brain. I had driven through the mountains, starting at sunrise, and had to deal with all that at 3PM , exhausted, hungry and ready for a meal and shower B4 bed. 100% dump. Oh, let's not forget all the sheetrock dust on everything (light switch, baseboard tile lip, door hinge pin tops, in the bathroom. Ugh, if this would have been a restaurant, with service and product like this, the entire meal would have been compt. I don't know how or where they got a 4 star rating. Shame. I should be refunded 100%.Very angry customer.
