Liked: I appreciated that the staff made check in really easy as I was at a conference and wasn't going to make the checkin time. The room was spacious, very clean and wasn't hard to find. The property location is a bonus. One of the best I've stayed at in Hamilton. Everything that you see in the photos you can expect. Great communications from the team and lovely management.

Liked: I liked the hotel type set up with our room coming off a hallway/lobby. Plenty of parking, very quiet due to quality building
Disliked: The towels felt damp! They were a thinner variety and felt like they hadn't been dried properly. Also no table, little hanging storage, didn't need 2 lazyboys but guess it's designed for hospital guests

Clean, attractive and convenient

Liked: Room was very clean and attractively presented. Bed was super comfy. Staff were polite and helpful and responded instantly to our requests. Bathroom large and shower had good water pressure. Very close to the hospital, which is why we chose it. No noise from the street.
Disliked: An extra shelf in the bathroom would be helpful
