Liked: Very clean and tidy. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely staff, close to the hospital and walking distance to the lake. We were so looked after by the friendly staff. Can not be more grateful!!! Thank you

Liked: Was able to access to my room even though I arrived quite late in the day

Liked: Staff were amazing in finding me a downstairs room. I have MND so stairs are difficult. Very polite and respectful staff. They value the customer.
Disliked: Bed was a little firm but that seems the norm in motels.

Fantastic staff, clean and spacious...

Liked: We can not praise the staff here enough. Our family last minute came to this hotel as it was walking distance to the hospital. The staff were so kind, they understood our situation and constantly looked after us. We are so grateful to them. The rooms were perfect for us, clean and spacious. A 7 minute walk to the hospital and close to the lake if you wanted to go for a walk.
