Great place to stay and...

Liked: Very decent price for a family of 4 to stay 3 nights. The staff was friendly and looked out for us with the tornado/high winds warning. Liked that breakfast was included in the price of stay. Each morning we had toast, bagels, waffles, toppings to choose from and plenty of hot coffee to drink. I was fine with the rooms being outdated as that reflected the good nightly rate. I will stay again if in the area. There is a small workout room and sauna.
Disliked: I wish that there was eggs or cottage cheese for protein included with the breakfast. If that was an option, I never saw it at 8am in the morning.

Loved the price!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable! The price point was fantastic, and it was a great location.
Disliked: The room smelled a little musty, but it wasn't terrible.

Liked: VFM, location,basic but pretty good breakfast.
Disliked: Mattress in our room was too much soft, may be it was good for kids, but our adults felt not comfortable on it.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and water was hot.
Disliked: Holes in the wall. Chipped paint. Facility could have been cleaner.

Disliked: people beside my room had big fight in night and couldn't sleep

cheap option for one night...

Liked: This was the cheapest option to stay one night in Fargo/Moorhead area. The room was adequate, had a working fridge and microwave, there was breakfast, there is a tiny gym and a sauna even. Beds were very comfortable and clean and the showers were hot. Staff was friendly, albeit overworked. They gave us a different room upon check-in, because our original one had no microwave. WiFi was good.
Disliked: There is a lot of noise from the fan in the bathroom, it sounded like it was on its last legs. The room was clean, except all the counter and table surfaces that were sticky from all the food, probably, that someone else ate. The breakfast is OK by US standards and included, but primarily consisted of carbs (waffles, bagels), some really brown bananas, etc. They did have hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks. Door keys work poorly, old system with a swipe. TV did not work, although they replaced our Direct TV box (we did not care about the TV, frankly).
