Liked: I picked this property becuase I was attending a concert at the Bluestem Ampitheatre. Perfect location as it was very close to the venue. It was also easy to find.
Disliked: The loudest air conditioner on the planet made it hard to sleep.

The hotel was adequate, and...

Liked: The room was perfectly adequate. Exactly what I needed at a very affordable price. Clearly they have done some work, and re-painted several walls.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable; sort of leaned one direction. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, so I usually ate out at a coffee shop.

Liked: Comfy, quiet, good location, across a starbucks, friendly staff
Disliked: Beds are little stiff, breakfast was ok just toast and waffles, carpet was kinda dusty

Liked: Comfortable and welcoming. Great stay.

Perfectly fun place to spend...

Liked: Easy to find, personalized Knick knacks at entrance, didn’t feel like a corporate chain. Workout room, very decent breakfast, hot shower, lots of towels.
Disliked: Didn’t look like anyone had run a vacuum cleaner in the entrance or main stairways for a few days. That didn’t leave a good initial impression but the room itself was clean.
