Comfortable hotel in a great...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent! Charles Bridge was a 3 minute walk away! Also, despite this great location, we live in a quiet place at the end of the street.The food was good too! A highlight is the prosecco, which gives a bit of a shick vibe.The beds are comfortable for sleeping and the hotel has good soundproofing. I did not hear any noise from the neighbours in the hotel. I must say that this is rare for houses that are over 100 years old.
Disliked: Not anything in particular.

Liked: The hotel is characterised by quiet, no disturbance, cleanliness and care. The receptionists are very kind and polite and ready to provide all assistance and advice. This hotel is very excellent for those who are looking for excellent service

Liked: Perfect central, yet quite location to discover the city, staff welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast selection, very clean and comfortable hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Fantastic location and staff

Liked: Truly excellent location best in the centre i say. A little quieter but you can walk ten mins into the main square I would highly recommend for the location. Lots of places to eat and see within walking distance, next to the gorgeous Charles bridge too. The hotel Staff are really friendly, helpful lovely people.
Disliked: No outdoor seating for coffee or just to relax. Breakfast was very disappointing sadly, old fruit, no individual yoghurts and a lack of healthy cereals. My room 31 had a lovely view and was very spacious but was looking a little tired in areas wallpaper peeling and lots of marks on the bathroom door, didn’t feel very luxurious. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep well, I was also very cold at night even with the extra blanket provided even though the weather was warm. The coffee machine was a great bonus but leaked everywhere each day I had to keep mopping up the water.
