Little bit pricey

Liked: Great concierge staff, very courteous when we were checking in at night, especially Emmet, reception staff in the morning also very friendly
Disliked: Clean rooms, breakfast was ok, we felt there could be more offered in the continental section given the price that is charged.

We had a great stay...

Liked: Staff were excellent. Loved the ritual cosmetics. Hotel had a lovely boutique charm.
Disliked: We had the linguini for our meal and 3 of us werent impressed with it as they only had cod and it was too much for the linguini. Also our room was very small.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Location was perfect. First time in Derry and was close to everything. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Made us feel confident exploring the city. Every request was met with a smile and a "yes". Food was excellent and rooms comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. It was all perfect.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, comfortable room.
Disliked: Only one minor thing…Coffee definitely not strong enough. Had to drive to McD’s on morning we left for a better coffee.
