Relaxing and superb...

Excellent in every way.

Liked: The staff definitely make this hotel, nothing is too much trouble. This is our second stay, Kaysi the receptionist is excellent and an asset to the company. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, would definitely recommend. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Liked: I liked the friendly staff especially those on reception. The food was excellent and breakfast selection was very good. Room itself was spotless.
Disliked: I didn't think having to wait an hour and a half for a table for dinner was acceptable especially when it mainly seemed to be because the hotel also caters for non-residents. Reception staff told us we did not need to book as the restaurant always keep a few tables for those actually staying in the hotel but that wasn't the case.Floor of shower was very slippery. There are rubber mats hanging behind the door but no sign to encourage use.

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is that it’s staff appear to be well trained. All that we came across were smartly dressed. Polite and friendly while maintaining a professional attitude. Nothing was too much for them.

Very convenient

Beautiful property in the heart...

Liked: Beautiful property in the heart of Derry. We stopped our car out front to unload our bags and walked into reception. It was so easy! The concierge took our keys and parked our car for us in a parking area where the car stayed for two days. It cost 16 Euros per day for the service - which we were very happy to pay. The hotel is gorgeous and so accessible to the many walks, parks, pubs, cafes, etc. The rooms are surprisingly quite modern and very nicely decorated - we were very happy to discover the property also had a lift. The staff were excellent, Donna at breakfast was a standout! On a drizzly day, the concierge loaned us a big umbrella, and we thoroughly enjoyed walking around the walls of the city. I highly recommend this property.
