Superb

Liked: Nice hotel in excellent location. The concierge was fantastic. She was quick with valet service and had really excellent suggestions for nearby attractions.

A gem, perfect Derry location.

Best hotel experience we’ve ever...

Liked: Patrick and the staff were outstanding. They went out of their way to take such good care of us and make us feel welcome. They were the most accommodating staff out of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We just want to say Thank you again for your kind hospitality. The apartment was comfortable and so lovely. It was conveniently located. We also enjoyed the breakfast selection in the onsite restaurant. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back again someday.

Beautiful, great experience, will definitely...

Liked: Great location, great room, incredible staff- unbelievably helpful, kind and courteous. Best service I have had in Europe anywhere, and travel extensively!!

Very good

Disliked: Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the hotel as it’s a historic property so was difficult to sleep at night
