Excellent location and friendly service

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Super quiet in the room. Great location between downtown and the boardwalk/beach. Groceries, restaurants and shops were within a 5 minute walk. The rooftop outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise and had lovely views. Parking and beach tags were included.
Disliked: Had a well stocked kitchen but no dishwasher or dish rack for drying.

Liked: Enjoyed the whole experience. It was clean, staff was friendly and happy to help.

For the price is really...

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The pool area doesn’t have shade or umbrellas, lounges chairs are uncomfortable. The pool itself is very small for big hotel like this.

Liked: The place was at the beach that's about it
Disliked: Their window broke while shutting the blinds and they charged me. You should be able to open a blind without the window breaking It's absolutely ridiculous they are running a scam. The Lady at the desk said "this happens all the time, it's a very common occurrence". Well invest in better windows. I'm so disappointed it made the trip bad. Then they left the broken glass there for my child to possibly step on. We had to pay if we wanted them to clean it up so we did it on our own. I don't how they have such a good rating.I emptied my own trash everyday because the housekeeping acted like they didn't understand me and would just hand me bags when I asked for cleaning services. For $385 a night it was ridiculous. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Liked: ease of check in. friendly staff, room nice size and very clean.
Disliked: room could use some updates. The kitchen cabinets had hardware trouble which we tightened ourselves.more cooking utensils.

Liked: The balcony, the pool, the staff were awesome especially Laura from the front desk and the location, it was close to several cafes. The room had basic necessities and that was great!
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was only 1 door to the bathroom in the apartment.

Liked: The hotel was fantastic. The suite felt like I was at home. It was very clean. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning. Only 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk.
Disliked: I loved everything. Our stay was perfect.
