Adequate for basic ovnt/wknd-stays. Despite "Needs for Improvement" mentioned above, I'd return.

Liked: Price is right, room clean, bed comfortable. Appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and electric kettle. Roomthermostat easy to adjust.
Disliked: Assigned Rm "3" 1. NO "Real people" acting as hosts! Everything is done online. Missed the host/guest comradery at breakfast: 2. No hairdryer in room 3. Bathroom plumbing problem seems same as last October's stay: there's heavy corrosion in water pipes. The bathroom sink faucet was just a drizzle and hot/cold not delineated --just a tepid trickle.. Shower OK but showerhead pipe is breaking away from the wall .... 4. Room could use a couple of comfortable chairs and perhaps some shelves in closet for smaller clothes items. Hope this helps the "phantom" owners to continue their renovations .....

Good for a night stay

Liked: Room was clean for the most part and the ease of entrance via a code was convenient.
Disliked: Floor was visually clean but when my daughter walked around in her socks and we noticed the bottom of her socks became super dark and dirty. We then all just kept our shoes on in the room. The other thing that was slightly annoying was that breakfast was advertised as being included. We got up in the morning and walked to the main office (which was locked) trying to figure out where breakfast was because there was no information on this. With no luck we had to drive to get breakfast which cost about $50. When they messaged me back a bit later they let me know there were "vouchers" on the microwave. When I looked, there were 4 little square papers that said you could redeem one for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich at a nearby restaurant. This detail would have been helpful to know. Because there was no Keurig or anything like that, we didn't think to look in the corner on a small microwave which was on top of a mini fridge for a breakfast coupon.
