Disastrous

Liked: Absolutely beautiful setting a fantastic surroundings
Disliked: No heating in the room, complain to reception and absolutely fantastic response from Mitch who changed my room within 10 minutes, problem was then there was no hot water to have a shower

Boiler broke down and had...

Liked: Nice grounds and decor
Disliked: No soundproofing. Could hear snoring and conversations from the next room.
