Handy spot, great breaky, everything...

Liked: Our host put on a fabulous breakfast and was very happy to adjust things if necessary and very easy to chat to.Off street parking was very handy too.
Disliked: It would have been nice to access her lovely back garden, but it was her dogs territory - we understood.

Disliked: Just a proposal:The check in time should be reconsidered. Check in time at 4 PM and check out time at 11 AM has no logic . Check in time should be at least 2 Pm .

Liked: Quiet residential street nearby pub and foodstores Tastefully decorated guest house. Generous extras in comfortable room. Delicious full range breakfast and most welcoming hostess.

Liked: The room is nice, I’ve never seen any other hotel’s bathroom as clean as here. The host is very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was excellent! We were 5 people and all enjoyed the stay! Highly recommended.
