Disliked: Lock on door was ridiculous- struggle to lock it and open it. Dated furniture the room had no temperature control or fan.

The hotel met our needs...

Liked: The room was clean on arrival. The staff were polite and pleasant. The location was a good fit for our needs. Regarding the room issue In the next section, we were offered another room on our second day which was good of the staff, although we declined the offer to minimise disrupting our stay.
Disliked: There were two broken light fittings in the room and a damaged mirror. The staff generally were not available except at breakfast. The room only provided one cup even though there were two of us staying. Beverages in the room were not replenished nor was the room cleaned on the second day of our stay.
