Eric at the front desk was great. Very helpful and polite. Overall experience wasn't bad.

Liked: Close to where we needed to be, rooms where clean

Liked: The staff was kind and the bed was decently comfortable.
Disliked: It was dirty, sketchy, ghetto, nothing like the pictures. I will/would NEVER stay here again even if they offered to pay me.

Disliked: I was ask to put my card in the credit card machine before they can continue the check in did ,then they said they couldn't check me in because I didn't have proper id.i then said well I need a refund cause you already charge my card and I was told they d ont do refunds for any reason and I said your not allowing me to check in they didn't care I said this is fraud like some type of scam you can't charge someone for there room then not allow them t o stay and not give them there money back scam! Fraud
