Eric at the front desk was great. Very helpful and polite. Overall experience wasn't bad.

Liked: Close to where we needed to be, rooms where clean

Caused me to lose my...

Liked: I was able to keep my 2 dogs with me
Disliked: Getting black mold poisoning from the black mold in the shower. Getting a horrible Shingles blister rash. Cleaning previous tenants dog's feces and urine off the floor. Having a crazy lady living in the room next door trying to pry the screen off my window so she could break into my room at 3am. Losing my job due to missing too many days of work due to being sick. Asking for and being denied a full refund.

Dirty, smelly, and scary

Liked: The property smells funny. The people who stayed there have their dogs everywhere. Weed, cigarettes, weird smells you name it they have it all. Rooms are dirty and smelly. The elevator is also scary. Poor poor experience.
Disliked: I didn’t like most of the things. It’s just poor poor experience

Liked: Staff was very very nice and respectful. Room was extremely clean rate was spot on to my budget .
Disliked: That whole property was card use only including vending machines.

The room smelled like cat...

Liked: Nothing. I wanted something close to Kauffman Stadium. It was ghetto. The clientele of people that live there walk around and stand around outside. I was worried about people breaking into my car. I did not enjoy sleeping in a room that smelled like cat urine.
Disliked: Booking.com YOU NEED TO REMOVE THIS LISTING IT WAS A HORRIBLE STAY!
