Disliked: We stayed with a big bunch of our family here for our wedding and was very disappointed with the tea house changes with the menu and times, as we had a booking for a dinner and breakfast with all our family and friends which was approximately 30 people. We were told 5 days out from our stay that they couldn’t accommodate our booking anymore due to the cyclone- which happened 2 months prior might I add. we then had to travel 40 minutes to get dinner at another restaurant. This was very stressful with the amount of people we had in our booking. The staff did say we could get a cold meal and heat in the room. This is an absolute joke. It is so bad as there is no restaurants near by for a proper meal. At the prices you pay for a location this fancy you should have a proper restaurant operating. Very very very very upset about this and for this reason we won’t be staying again. This was meant to be a very happy time in our life and ruined our stay. All of our family and friends staying were very dissatisfied also and we will be telling all our family and friends. Binna burra needs new management and a reality check.

the views were the best...

Liked: the views were stunning. the bathroom was lovely too. the fireplace was a lovely addition also. Was expecting it to be a bit more maintained.
Disliked: the bed wasn't very comfortable. the bathroom window was full of webs, spiders and debris ruining the views. the door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close.

Liked: The view from the room and bathroom was amazing! Makes for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The room could have been a bit cleaner. Dust smothered the windows, sills and surfaces. The fitted sheet didnt fit the king bed(2 singles pushed together).. For the nightly price, these little touches should be the bare minimal. Accessibility to the local hiking tracks was impressive.

Liked: The view is just splendid from the studio apartment, beautiful green lush landscape of the mountain ranges, glorious sunrises and sunsets. Perfect long weekend getaway from the city!
