Liked: Follow up with Elise (registration supervisor) was extremely professional and courteous. She was very efficient in handling my issue with billing.
Disliked: When I checked in I was told that Booking.com had cancelled my reservation and then had to rebook after Booking had already charged my card for the booking.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: The walls and windows are extremely thin. I was able to hear the conversations of the room next door when they were just talking. There was extremely loud people in the halls and just outside my window at all hours of the night. Very difficult to sleep with all the loud noise.

Liked: The breakfast was great... the waterslides were fun. The location was extremely convenient.
Disliked: The hallways felt narrow. There were a lot of people checked in at the time of our stay.

Liked: Friendly lady at front desk. It’s clean here.
Disliked: They couldn’t access their booking.com and I was unable to check in. I just sat in the lobby waiting for managers/the owner to answer their phones to help with the online booking process.
