Liked: Stratford was only 10 minutes away
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing and service was slow. Felt old and tired, needs a refurb throughout.

Good but disappointing for 4*...

Liked: Breakfast, polite staff, beautiful property, great location
Disliked: replacing towels everyday was not necessary.cleanliness of the room.towel rail & room telephone were not switched onexpected fresh milk not sachet with a 4* rating

Liked: The location is awesome, very beautiful, decorated and attended too.
Disliked: Service could be more friendly and attentive given the place. Personnel is just ok.

Liked: Pet friendly and staff were really welcoming. The gentleman that did our check in was very friendly. Loved the area, location and the architecture of the place. Beautiful and very well maintained gardens !
Disliked: Food in the restaurant for dinner was not worth the cost.
