Comfortable, clean and reasonably priced...

Liked: Friendly staff and facilities were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Very happy overall, only minor cosmetics.

Dissapointed

Liked: The bed was good
Disliked: We didn't like the location. Because we didn't have a car we felt like we were stuck in the middle of nowhere.There was a lot of unrest from other units during the first night, with yelling and screaming, doors slamming etc, then we discovered that it was being used for emergency housing, which is all well and good however if we were to visit Townsville again we would not stay here.
