Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam

Central, clean, friendly and helpful...

Liked: Exellent location. 10 minutes walking distance from the central station, there is a metro station right in front of the hotel. Also as it is right at the center, there are many food options. Especially if you are visiting Rotterdam for a few days, and want to spend time at the center without wasting time trying to go to places, this hotel is ideal.
Disliked: All perfect.

Good.

Liked: Room was lovely but the fridge was empty. Would have been nice if they had provided a couple bottles of water .
Disliked: No water in the fridge.Temperature in the shower needs to be checked. It would run hot on it's own.

Bad

Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: Perfect location. Not that noisy for a central location like that. And very nice personnel.
Disliked: Booked a triple room, but the third bed was some foldable bed which was very uncomfortable.

Very good

Disliked: I don't like ringing the doorbell when parking, sometimes I wait very long before someone opens the door.

Very good value for money

Liked: The staff is very nice, the bed is comfortable, the room is quiet and the location is excellent, just 10 minutes away by foot from the central station. I was also pleasantly surprized by the luxury toiletries. The air conditioner worked very well, although there was one issue (see below). I requested a room facing the courtyard and actually got one (was not the case with some other hotels), so a big thumbs up for that. All in all a very good experience.
Disliked: The shelves in the closet were pretty dusty. The air conditioner made loud buzzing noises every 10-20 minutes even after being turned off (the earplugs really came in handy). I notified the staff so I think the problem is solved by the time the review is published.
