Disliked: Paying 7 euros for a bottle of water is more expensive than fuel, i thought i teleported into a madmax scene!

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful...

Liked: Staff were lovely and helpful with the check-in, and upgraded me to a superior room. The room was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable.The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the middle of town with walking distance to everything (Rotterdam is also great for vegan cafes etc).There was space outside to pull up the car to check-in before parking.
Disliked: The hotel has its own parking, but spaces are limited and not bookable. There is a multistory carpark very nearby as recommended by staff which was great. It costs a max 40Euro per 24hr. It was all very well lit and safe.This was actually very positive, so not really a downside.

Liked: The staff were very helpful for the most part. We had dinner in the restaurant-very good. And location of the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: We ordered the Executive room thinking it would have a king bed and be larger than standard room. It had a queen bed-felt smaller-smaller and the room was considerably smaller in my opinion.

Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not cleaned at all during the three nights I was there, which was unexpected. There were also loud, drunk neighbours making noise through the night. I did inform reception, and to their credit, they tried to address the issue, but unfortunately, it made little difference. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It’s a pity, as the hotel reception and staff seem very promising and professional — but the overall experience didn’t live up to that first impression.
