Bilbao Hostel

THIS IS NOT A HOSTEL,...

Disliked: a very unpleasant incident happened: at 5 am I was in the lobby of the hostel. A hostel employee came up to me and in a very rude and aggressive manner demanded (not asked) that I go back to my room. I tried to explain to him that I was already leaving and wanted to buy food from the vending machines and eat before the trip. He (I don’t know his name, but he was the only African-American employee at the reception) grabbed my things and put them on the threshold of the hostel. I hope the hostel administration reads the reviews and draws the appropriate conclusions. I also want to say that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room!!!. for six people Only 3 sockets for charging phones.

Disliked: Shower & washroom v poor. No light. Shower head kept falling off but generally clean
