Very disappointing experience – definitely...
Liked: Very disappointing experience – definitely to avoidI’ve stayed in over 50 hostels around the world, and this is by far one of the worst. From the moment I arrived, everything felt wrong: the beds were dirty, the room had a terrible smell, and there was only one toilet for more than 15 people – and it was constantly dirty. The air conditioning barely works, making it extremely uncomfortable at night, especially in hot weather. There is very little light in the room, and if you get a bed on the 2nd or 3rd level, there are no power outlets to charge your devices.Another absurd point: you have to pay $5 per day to use a locker, which should be a basic service in any hostel. In short: dirty, uncomfortable, and lacking the most basic essentials. One of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had – I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely avoid. This is not...
Liked: Absolutely avoid. This is not a hostel for travelers — it’s a shelter for the homeless. This was one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve ever had. I booked thinking it was a cheap hostel, but it turned out to be a facility that houses homeless people. Some stayed downstairs, but others were assigned to the shared dorm rooms with paying guests. In my room, there were two homeless men — one of them smelled absolutely awful, and the other snored loudly all night, making it impossible to sleep. There was no air conditioning, the blankets were dirty, and the whole place felt neglected. The bathroom was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever seen — the hygiene was truly unacceptable. And I’m speaking from experience: this was the 10th hostel I’ve stayed in, and I had never before left a night early out of pure desperation.I chose to sleep at the airport instead of staying another night in this place.Outside, the police were constantly present, presumably to keep things under control. But even with that, I never felt safe, not even for a moment. Some of the people staying there seemed unstable or potentially dangerous. When I asked the girl at the front desk if it was safe to sleep there, she replied with no real conviction: “Yeah, it’s pretty safe.”Her tone made it clear even she wasn’t too sure.I felt unsafe the entire night. I didn’t sleep at all and just waited for the morning so I could leave as soon as possible. If you’re a woman or just someone looking for a safe and peaceful place to sleep, stay far away from this place. This is not a hostel. It’s a social care facility — and that should be clearly stated.⸻

Not for Tourists – Avoid
Liked: One of the worst experiences of my life. I will never return. It no longer feels like a place for tourists—during my stay, many guests seemed to be homeless people staying long-term. I felt completely unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected from a tourist hostel.
Disliked: I only stayed two nights because I couldn’t find another place sooner—thankfully we found one by Sunday. Warning: they do not give refunds. I was left without money, and my friend had to cover my expenses. Booking.com refunded me many days later, almost at the end of my vacation.

For the price, it was...
Liked: I never had the breakfast. The dinners are like tv dinners. And totally random. But I won't complain about FREE food.
Disliked: I don't really have any complaints. For the price, it was GREAT!
