Didn’t check in at managers...

Disliked: The manager. Lied to us. We were seeking a refund 4 weeks before our booking date Unsuccessful. Turned up & manager told us if we don’t book in she could possibly get us a refund. We agreed for 1 possibly 2 nights out of our 4. Told us she would let us know one way or another which didn’t happen. Obviously blocked my number as after many many calls to the park not one time did my call get answered. It was school holidays & manager told couple before us who were checking in that they were very busy. Asuming they booked our cabin to someone else & received double the money. Would not recommend this place due to the manager

Liked: The staff were more than helpful due to staff shortage.
Disliked: Accidently booked a pet friendly room. Which I was not to worried about that. But it did smell like animal urine. Which I thought it would still be up to standards. The pillows were like a rock.

Disliked: The bed needs replacing. It squeaks with every movement.

Liked: Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in. A little dated but incredibly comfortable and really clean, travelled alone with two kids and felt really safe. The price is very fair. Close to the highway and stadium
