Passable
Liked: The staff were lovely. The kids loved the Playground and the big pillow area.
Disliked: The kitchen and bathroom in the cabin was quite small but workable. When I'd wipe up stuff off the floor it was that dirty my wipes were black every single time I wiped them. The exterior doors both security and glass sliding doors locks were flimsy like it had been broken into before. I did not feel safe sleeping in this cabin.

Listing not as described. Small...
Liked: Grounds were clean and tidyGood location
Disliked: Booked family cabin. Property was not as advertised or described. Clearly in violation of Australian consumer law.I booked the family cabin as it described in the listing it has a seperate toilet but it did not. Toilet was crammed into small bathroom. It also has pictured lounge seating for 6 but there was only seating for 3. Not suitable for my party of 4 adults. Also pictured side by side bunks but the bunks were an L shape which was not suitable for the tall adults in my group.Had I been made aware of these things prior to booking this would not have been my choice to book.Manager was pleasant but informed me the pictures in listing were generic pictures from other Park Lane properties not of the particular Park Lane property we booked. This was deceiving and misleading. It did not meet expectation from description listed and I feel refund or monetary compensation warranted
