Big Pines Mountain House

I loved the location, close enough to Harvey's to walk. Very nice, large room; clean; good A/C; microwave and mini fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Great pillows; huge bathroom; comfy bed.
Disliked: Limited parking.

Liked: The location was nearby by casinos and places to eat.
Disliked: The room was dirty, the shower leaked. The room smelled like cigarettes. The quality of stuff was not good. Very cheap.

Pleasant

Liked: For how much we paid it was good. But the rooms are very old and I did find some hair in the bathroom. The location was also very good in centre of Napa besides bars and restaurants
Disliked: The room was not as clean as expected.

Great room, very bad condition...

Liked: Very spacious room and clean, nice shower.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable. It had literally a huge sunken area, they need to replace that mattress its ridiculously bad. Am not that kind of person who complains about hotel rooms but this mattress was horrible, other than that the rest of the room was great.
