Clean, quiet and NOT your...

Liked: We just needed a clean quiet place to sleep before heading off into our next day of travel home after a long flight that day and that's what we got. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was really great.
Disliked: If I have to be stupidly picky we didn't have a tv in our room but the free wifi more than made up for that so it was fine.

Great location for a few...

Liked: Excellent location close to public transport and main points of interest.Friendly staff.Room was clean and as expected, although there was no window to open or see out of (was frosted and I think facing another building wall) which could feel claustrophobic. Bed was comfy enough for a few nights. Common areas always seemed lively, but couldn't hear the noise from upstairs.
Disliked: 'Heating'/air conditioning seem to be controlled elsewhere - there are no controls to adjust temperature in room as implied by description provided with booking. Couldn't open window for fresh air.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was a bit disappointed with the process of having to collect the bed linen at check-in and return it to the reception at check-out. It felt a little inconvenient and took away from the sense of comfort and ease that I usually expect during a stay.
