Will not come back to...

Liked: The location was close to most of the attractions and public transportation. Close to Chinatown as well.
Disliked: We paid for the 4 bedroom dormitory. The room was smelly when we first entered. There were two empty water bottles left under the bunk bed. Not sure if the blankets were even clean as when we returned one blanket for laundry the day before our departure, the staff told us that it doesn’t belong to them. Good thing we didnt use it!!!The kitchen is always a mess, a lot of people dont know how to clean after their mess, dishes in the sink unwashed, their fridge is sooo full that you dont know where to put your own stuff. Their dining table always have left over foods as people does not respect cleanliness. Lack of utensils- spoon and forks.After 10pm, silence is to be observe however the doors on the other rooms bags a lot and loud. They need to check or change the hydraulic door control on each door or people should mind that other occupants are already asleep.Our room has never been clean even if we stayed for seven days. The cleaners only check on the toilet paper and throw the rubbish.

Liked: Located right next to Central Station. Got a private room for what other Sydney hostel dorms costs. Open communal lounge/dining space for backpackers to socialise. Active cleaners for rooms.
Disliked: The food storage set up is unorganised and dirty. The kitchen area in general needs a revamp. The bed wasn’t comfy. The vending machine had about 3 items in it. Not sure the cleaners are active in kitchen/lounge area. Side note: Hostels shouldn’t allow non-backpackers or people over the age of 35. There’s always young, female backpackers and it’s just a weird environment.

Great location, perfect place for...

Liked: Excellent location, walking distance from Central Station and all transport. Staff were very friendly on arrival and helpful. I only spent one night in the room as an emergency, couldn't really fault it. I stayed in a Single Ensuite Room, it had a portable fan, (not ideal in the middle of summer, but I didn't know that) no tv and comfortable bed. VERY comfortable actually! Private bathroom that was small but clean. You can upgrade to a room with a tv, etc.... but this suited me fine
Disliked: No complaints!
