Definitely will not book this...

Liked: I loved the arcade in this hotel, honestly that was probably the best part of the stay
Disliked: This hotel was not clean, the beds were super uncomfortable. Staff was not welcoming. And the price was very high for the quality

Decent for the price but...

Liked: Location was close to the water park.
Disliked: Room wasn’t serviced or cleaned. Didn’t have enough towels the first night and none the second night. You could hear kids/people running up and down the hall early in the morning and throughout the night.

Very poor

Liked: I liked the location; I have stayed many times at the hotel. But this go around was poor. Our toilet kept clogging up the lady at the desk gave us a plunger, our floors were sticky and dirty, and the price was different than what was agreed. online it said $378 and when I checked in, I ended up paying $498. Front desk lady said I will have to talk to the manager. Manger finally called me on Sat at 12:22 after we checked out. Other than that, the resort was relaxing, just a few minor things.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. They definitely need to be upgraded. We were in 137. My son's were in 135, and their beds were better comfort quality.

A bit quaint, but overall...

Liked: It was very entertaining for our six year old and had a small free breakfast, it was also very conveniently located right by a few restaurants and a gas station.

Please fix your beds.

Liked: I loved that there was so much to do right on site didn't have to drive somewhere else, casino for us parents, swimming and a hot tub for both and an arcade for the kids.
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable way stiff plus one bed was very small compared to the other. Which we did know till the morning after us parents slept in the smaller one because my husband has to have a fan at night so we choose the bed by the ac. Which had to be a full compared to the other one being a queen.

Stay somewhere else and just...

Liked: The woman working at the front desk was extremely polite and courteous.
Disliked: Overpriced, extremely low water pressure in the shower, the beds were old and uncomfortable, the towels in the room were extremely worn and tattered. Not worth the price, not by a long shot. Now we know why the hotel is up for sale.
