Stay was nice of all...

Liked: I love the room setting.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not really cold in the room & the shower head came apart while showering

Liked: The pillows were old and really uncomfortable also the mattresses in the beds. The breakfast was really short on the side and I would expect more in a five star hotel.

The overall experience and hotel...

Liked: The overall experience and the front desk staff amazing.
Disliked: The lookout restaurant for how nice it is supposed to be the restrooms were nasty and the hostess was rude. It was very chaotic.

My stay was the best...

Liked: This was a 4 day staycation for me, I live in the area. It was worth every penny. Just needed a massage parlor on the premises and it would have been pure luxury. Will stay again.

IT WAS HORRIBLE

Liked: Checking out was the best part. I WILL NEVER go back or refer anyone. I will be warning people it's just NOT worth it
Disliked: After all the money spent on room BREAKFAST was not included in the cost. AND while packing to leave we found the previous guest vibrator (yes a s*x toy) in the cracks of the bed. I have video
