I will stay again.
Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I wish there was a coffee pot though.
Disliked: The only negative was the breakfast. The food was fine, what i got to eat of it. There was very little food and I was there to eat right around 7:00. There was about a half scoop of eggs, 1 piece of sausage and if you wanted oatmeal you had to scrape it out as it was almost empty.

It was a nice hotel...
Liked: The colors were great and looks like it’s going through a remodel. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful
Disliked: Exercise room was closed and was disappointed that the pool had been filled with concrete. No ice machine on 2 nd floor.

Hotel staff have horrible customer...
Liked: The room itself was clean.
Disliked: It advertised a pool, and although they have since taken that advertising off, there still is one place that advertises a pool. The pool is full of cement. The up button doesn’t work on the elevator so you can’t go up on the first floor. That seems like an easy fix to me. The door in our bathroom was warped and did not shut. On the first floor next to the stairs was mouse poop. We can’t speak on the breakfast because we choose not to eat because it’s right across from the front desk and that’s where we had the biggest of our problems. Let me start with saying that when I use booking.com I always choose the pay at the property feature. If a hotel doesn’t have that feature I won’t stay at it, it’s as simple as that for me. I have never had a problem with paying at the property. On the day of check in we left rather early and I started out the first leg of our trip. I just recently started driving outside of my small town, because of some anxiety I have had for a really long time, so I never look at my phone while driving. It’s on silent and usually in my pocket. And if I’m not driving then I’m navigating for my husband and trying not to look at a screen because if I’m not driving then I get car sick very easily. I feel the need to explain that and be on the defensive because of how the staff treated me. They called me at 8:40 in the morning because they tried to run my husband’s card and it declined (we had the money for the room but my husband had it put in savings so that we knew for sure it would all be there when we got to the hotel) and in the voicemail they left they said that I had until 11 am to call them back. I didn’t see that I had a missed call until 12:30pm, and as soon as I could went back to my car to call them. I called at 12:40pm, tried to explain that I was driving when they called previously and when I say that immediately I was faced with some serious attitude, it blew my mind that someone who didn’t know me would speak to me like this.
