Would not return to Big...

Disliked: Facility was under construction. Pool was surrounded by trucks, workers and noise. Room was VERY basic. Not one hook to hang clothes. Heater hard to operate. Vacant rooms with lake view empty, we had view of driveway. Parking inadequite.

Liked: Had a wonderful stay at Big Bear Frontier, close to everything. Beautiful view to lake and had a snow day which it made it more beautiful!!

Liked: I liked the nice hotel staff and the cleaning lady was nice too, I like the scenery beautiful location, I like the rooms were clean, I like they had coffee and hot cocoa.
Disliked: I didn't like restroom too stuffy and fan was weak, I didnt like cheap toilet the handle, and no grill in front of our room I was so sad i wanted to grill my bbq
