Absolutely horrible, roach infested, unsafe...
Liked: I liked the price...until I arrived and saw what I paid for and what was now "not refundable"
Disliked: I want to start this review by saying that my husband and I travel often and are always looking for a great budget friendly hotel. We have stayed at many hotels for around the same price we paid for this room, but NEVER had the horrible experience that we did this time.I could write a novel about our experience here but I will try to shorten it up.It looks shabby/dirty, needs to be painted, parking lot is super narrow and does not have a lot of parking spaces (Our Mazda Cx-5 was barely able to squeeze through the parking lot).The woman who checked us in was not friendly at all. We had a top floor room (had to walk up these very narrow stairs with Ritz crackers smashed all over them) and once we get to our room, we notice that the door frame/lock is damaged. We had trouble opening it and when trying to close the door we notice that you are able to just pull the door open again (not latching) and have to basically put all your weight into the door/slam it multiple times to get it to latch. The room looks clean, but smells so strong of cleaning chemicals that it is suffocating. At this point, I really wanted to leave but knew there were no refunds and we needed to get to a concert, so we left hoping by some miracle, there would be a parking space left when we got back late.Got back around 11:30pm and there were NO parking spaces left so we had to park on the street with all these sketchy people hanging around. I almost left and drove all the way home at this point as well, but was so exhausted.We get up to the room and as I'm brushing my teeth, I see the most GIANT cockroach I have ever seen on the wall! We immediately packed up and drove home. Such a waste of money!!!I want to end this review by saying I have literally NEVER written a bad review for a hotel. I'm always one of those "look on the bright side" type of people and I could not find anything good about this hotel.

Disliked: It was dirtyThe mattress was caved in on both sides. Had to ride a sweet spot right down the middle all night. The refrigerator didn’t workHoles punched into bathroom door & wallsHad to wait 20 mins past check in time for cleaning lady to finish getting my room ‘ready’ for me.
