Bicycle Hotel Amsterdam

Liked: The people working in the hotel were extreme friendly. Especially Tom. It is a fantastic location with everything you need around you. The opportunity to rent a bike was really nice and the rooms were very pretty and comfortable.

Great if you can climb!

Liked: The location is great: it's still very much alive city, but slightly away from most tourist infested areas. Within 15 minutes away by foot you can find subway, shops open even at night, clubs, restaurants, street market, park, coffeeshop, red light district, anything you can think of, but the hotel street is quiet.All people we met working at the hotel are very lovely.Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty.The room is also pretty simple but alright, as well as common toilet and shower.There is a backyard where smoking is allowed.Renting bikes at the hotel was a great idea.
Disliked: Note that rooms are up the narrow steep stairs, up to 4th floor, no elevator.No air conditioner, but at least the room contains a small fan, a sink, and an openable window with curtains.

Charming and cost effective place...

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and so welcoming. They helped us get our stuff up the stairs and made sure we had everything we need. WiFi worked well and loved that they had a breakfast option. Everything was super neat and tidy.
Disliked: Lots of steps to get to the rooms. Bathroom facilities weren’t the best but they were extremely clean
