Bicycle Hotel Amsterdam

Disliked: I notified about late arrival. we were sent to the room at 21:30, which was not ready, my daughter (8) finally reached bed post 22.00. The walls were thin and i could hear next door room, anything on the corridor and was woken up several times each night. The communal shower was noisy and again was waking me up evening and morning. The staff was off hand, always saying" i am sorry' but at the end we were left with every thing to our own devices. They didnt know basic information. I was promised bike rental at hotel's cost to compensate the late night and that was not follwed through. The coffee machine was off for one breakfast and there was no plan B. The beds are very soft and i had back pain.

Liked: The propety is a beautiful traditional house from Amsterdam. Breakfast was nice, the staff were really nice and helpful. Really special experience, not at all cold-hotel like. My room had a balcony, there is a garden too.
Disliked: TV was not working, no shower gel (there was a soap at the sink) and bathroom light sensor turns the light off very quickly, after couple of seconds. Nothing that matters that much.

Liked: What a find!!! Very lovely hotel! All the staff were so welcoming! Best location!Cozy beds, hot water and very warm, it was very chilly when we were there. Would very much recommend and definitely will come back
Disliked: Be aware of the stairs, if you have limited accessibility
