Liked: Spa facilities were good for a hotel Location was good for Bicester village and Oxford Room was spacious and clean

Lovely hotel near motorway

Liked: Stayed here with my daughter. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room overlooking the golf course. Quiet. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast which was included in our stay. Very handy for the m40. Would stay here again.

R. Reeves Strikes Again: Payroll...

Liked: The spa, accommodating of request for courtyard room, good breakfast
Disliked: 2 night stay yet room not serviced so bed not made, no fresh towels left out, no replenishment of tea/coffee in-room supplies.Appeared short of bar staff Friday and Saturday night, food orders difficult to get in, when food arrived at outside terrace seating, no cutlery or napkins brought out with it. Poor show for a 4 star.

Nice option if you are...

Liked: Love the hot tub and pool facility. Also excellent bar snacks for when you don't fancy a full meal.
Disliked: A bit hard to find. I drove around in a circle before finding but that might just be me!
