Exceptional

Good location and breakfast but...

Liked: Great location, good sized room, breakfast was great.
Disliked: We stayed in room 28 and throughout our stay dirty plates, cups, wine glasses etc were placed on the window seal right outside our room from where I assume the cleaners put the dirty cutlery from guests who had room service but they were not just there whilst the cleaning of rooms was taking place they were left there all day and night until the following day. Are Bin in the room was not changed daily and the carpets throughout the hotel looked very worn and grubby there was no easy to access lift to take you to the first floor and the door’s throughout the hotel were not automatic so trying to open them and hold them open whilst transporting luggage was a nuisance.

Liked: The location and facilities were excellent. The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.

Disliked: The staff need to go on courses how to be polite. All the staff had miserable faces.
