Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings

Liked: Comfortable bed, lovely surroundings, gardens, spa and golf course (didn’t use) but seemed popular. The food was delicious at dinner and breakfast, they catered for my gluten free dietary needs, with no fuss.
Disliked: The TV in the room was very small - no sky/satellite just basic free view.

Superb

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool lovely. Breakfast very good. Location good for the places we wanted to visit. Hotel very clean. Very peaceful location, slept well without disturbances. Would use the hotel again if in the area.
Disliked: Very limited choice of food on menu for the evening meal, didn't seem to change on a daily basis. Only ate once in the hotel. May suit others better if they like burgers etc.Car park was busy at times and sometimes we had to park further away in the car park than we would have liked but a space was always available.

Excellent stay. Everything we needed....

Liked: Excellent spa facilities including with the roombooking. Very comfy beds. Staff were very helpful and were knowledgeable.
