Disliked: We were not satisfied with the room. We booked a room for three people, but the hotel gave us one large bed and one sofa instead of proper sleeping arrangements for all guests. This was uncomfortable and not what we expected when booking for three adults. The room did not meet our expectations, and we hope the hotel will improve how it prepares rooms for group bookings in the future.
