Liked: The shower in the bathroom was great.
Disliked: No parking available due to an event at the venue. Those taking part in the event appeared to manage themselves with no apparent oversight by hotel management, which meant that the hotel guests became a secondary consideration. The breakfast was woeful. One guest complained that the sausages were not properly cooked, so the staff brought them, and them only, properly prepared food. The staff appear to mean well and try their best against the odds, but it seems that they are under-supported. The whole venue seems to be an effort to wring the most money out of an ever-declining hotel. I probably won’t be back as other places in the area are now better for a similar amount of money. Such a shame as this was once a lovely place to stay.

Disliked: Paid £198 and the room had no fridge or drinking water .I could have gone to premier inn next door for less and had change in my pocket.
