Liked: The property was easy-accessible and clean.
Disliked: Pics on the net were not updated, the hotel looks better than it is on the pics. We see a swimmingpool on the pics, but we couldn.t find it in reality.

Liked: Room was spacious and bed very comfortable but did not like having to go ino basement as I am 86 years old. Also did not like having to agree to take 60 pounds out of my account in case I used something or anything got damaged. The 60 is still out of my account for something I didn't get. I would agree that my card could be my marked and then if I used anything or damaged anything then charge m. So at the moment there is 60pounds taken from my account and not put back in. I have used The Marriott many many times but I will have to think twice before staying there in the future because of these grievances

Disliked: Didn't understand why a 50 pound deposit was taken, it was never mentioned. In any of the emails

Liked: Very good room and facilities. Plenty of space and comfortable.
Disliked: Bath towels were very small. Tea making area was cramped and cups were heavy and small.

Liked: We arrived at the hotel and the first room we were given the hallway ceiling had water leaking and the ceiling was unsafe We were moved to a second room to find a plug socket was hanging off of the wall and there was no electricity in the room We were told we would be moved to a third room within 20 mins which didn’t happen and we had to chase as we had to get ready for a night out. We finally moved into the 3rd room 45 mins later with little time to get ready to go out. We were only offered a free drink each for all the inconvenience.
Disliked: Health & safety was an issue with the unsafe ceiling and dangerous plug socket
