Liked: Spacious, clean, air con is great, the staff are welcoming.
Disliked: Out bathroom had a basin with a big crack running along it, the shower is over the bath which i don’t have a problem with but the arm is quite short so you had to stand on the plug and lean back a bit to have the full effects of the shower not very comfortable at all and the window ledge that is along the side of the bath is in need of regrouting mould it needs raking out out and redoing as it has inbedded mould ( I would have expected this to be at a higher standard as the room is amazing). Also no bin liners in any of the bins off which I found odd.I also didn’t understand why you have to pay a £50 refundable deposit on top of paying for your parking !! Found this really odd !

Disliked: Room was on ground floor which meant could not leave windows open. Door yo bathroom was not shutting without being slammed. Stayed 2 nights but room was not serviced. Had to ask for fresh towels.

Liked: Great location, walking distances to the mall, cinema, restaurants, bars and many more. Excellent customers service, A big thank you to one of the staff members Hannah who made our stay a memorable one. She listen to us when we had few complaints and it was resolved swiftly. We even got extras like a Refrigerator and an extra fan for our comfort. We will be coming back soon.
Disliked: Nothing really. Our room view was beside pedestrian crossing, but no bother about it. If the door or windows are not open you won’t hear any sound.
