friendly - quite - comfortable...

Liked: Perfect for my needs, decor a little dated but spotlessly clean.Bed was really comfortable.Breakfast was great.1st place I'll look to book as & when I'm in Kidderminster again.
Disliked: Wouldn't change a thing.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff.Nicely cooked breakfast with good quality ingredients.
Disliked: I would have liked to have some fruit with breakfast.Being at the front of the property, and needing to have the window open for cooling and fresh air, meant that noise from the main road outside was intrusive.

Liked: Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of refreshments available in the room; plus a glass bottle of water in a which was refilled daily by hosts. Breakfasts excellent; pre-order the night before. within walking distance of a Tesco extra store attached to garage plus a very good Chinese restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. Hosts vey pleasant.
Disliked: Tray and table with refreshments in an alcove. Had to mind you didn't hit your head when making tea etc.

Liked: breakfast was every thing i asked for pre ordered the night before. room was very clean and comfy. bathroom was spotless.in fact if i need to go to the area again i will use this place like a shot
