Liked: I liked that it was more of a boutique hotel. The grounds were nicely decorated. It was close to UCLA, where I needed to be. The customer service was excellent. The room was roomy.
Disliked: I did not like that the restaurant closed early. I felt the room decor was a little dated and could have been a little more colorful. It was very plain, with no wow factor. Some plants (fake or real) would have been a nice touch. Parking cost was pricey.

Pleasant Stay

Liked: The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. the staff is very kind and helpful, this is really a strenght for me. The floors have levels that cannot be reached by lift, however the staff was helpful in carrying the suitcases to the floor and also very supportive in providing information. Excellent location, about 30 min walk from Rodeo Drive.

Disliked: The manger was extremely rude, unprofessional, very low bedside manners and disgrace to all. Charged my credit card without authorization. Very horrifying experience. Please think twice about booking there. They will NEVER take the customers side very poor customer service unwilling to even take anything into consideration. The worst place to go runaway.
