Our overall experience was good. I just think my expectations were a little high. It needs some updating, which I believe is in the process. It sounded like the circus was on the floor above us. Also, it could have been a little cleaner. The worse thing however, was the shampoo. Worst crap EVER! We had to go to the desk to get more because the one bottle wasn't enough for my daughter's long hair. Other than that, it was good! The employees were great. They are the reason I would stay there again!
