Liked: Bar staff where attentive and pleasant.
Disliked: The whole place is need of an refresh and update.

Cheap but not cheerful

Liked: Large TV in the room
Disliked: The TV was just about falling off the wall, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, the carpet and chair were filthy, the side of the bed was stained and had chewing gum stuck on it. The TV remote was sticky. The sheets felt itchy, though that could have been the general filth, the walls were paper thin and the mattress felt like the springs were well used and on their way out.

Liked: Nothing walked in looked at room and walked back out , said they would sort refund out , still waiting
Disliked: Everything, except the manager she was so shocked and surprised room was so bad

Liked: Room in the front faced busy main road, very noisy.Breakfast not included.Bed ok.Shower place rather shabby….but brilliant shower.
Disliked: I missed the online description of facilities provided….that did not include toiletries …They played constant popular music, non stop until closing time…

Liked: Staff were above and beyond helpful location was fantastic. Food was beautiful. The manager was so friendly and helpful absolute lady
Disliked: Rooms were clean but very dated
