Liked: Nothing walked in looked at room and walked back out , said they would sort refund out , still waiting
Disliked: Everything, except the manager she was so shocked and surprised room was so bad

Liked: Room in the front faced busy main road, very noisy.Breakfast not included.Bed ok.Shower place rather shabby….but brilliant shower.
Disliked: I missed the online description of facilities provided….that did not include toiletries …They played constant popular music, non stop until closing time…

Liked: Staff were above and beyond helpful location was fantastic. Food was beautiful. The manager was so friendly and helpful absolute lady

Disliked: Reserved the hotel as was needing to stay close to work. Online check in was by 11pm I got an email to confirm this would be okay. I was at the hotel for 10:40pm, no lights was on and no option to check in. I had to therefor find somewhere else to stay. Avoid
