Never again rotten !!!!

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: It was filthy in our room, toilet dirty, shower indescribably bed had stain quilt had stain mattress protector looked older than me with stain, carpet full of stains and not hoovered the skirting boards filthy also coffee stains full of dust in bottom of small drawers, cups dirty mirror I could write my name in, all wood work absolutely filthy, I had chandeliers of cobwebs the rooms are totally unacceptable for the amount they charge and need a total redecoration and deep clean although we complained to the manager and she did refund us I would definitely not recommend x we complained about the toilet cups mirror and cobwebs as soon as we got there which were cleaned but still felt filthy not much sleep had as didn’t sleep in the bed and fully clothed

Liked: The price was low and the availability was good. The pub downstairs was handy for socialising and the car parking was free at the front of the property.
Disliked: The rooms were extremely tired with dirty carpets in the bedroom and mouldy ceilings in the bathroom. There were stains on the walls and the beds had springs that could be felt all over.

Meets expectations, great staff

Liked: Had everything I needed and the staff were fantastic. Beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious. The staff were extremely helpful.

Just so scruffy and poor

Disliked: Everything is so poor scruffy and just terrible .I know it’s a no frills place but it’s the worse place I’ve ever stayed. The shower in our room and my sisters room would trip and stop midway. After speaking to reception they showed us how to reset the electrics. This happened many time midway through shower.The walls were battered with holes badly repaired. Wouldn’t take much to improve.I have stayed before but never again

Disliked: We were informed it was under refurbishment, but that doesn't excuse the place being dirty and cobwebs everywhere. The bedding looks like it was about 50 years old.The beds were so old and uncomfortable, and I was not sure if it was the bed or the floor that was leaning to one side.

Liked: Full refund was given.management were professional about our complaints.Staff came to hoover toenails.
Disliked: Filthy rooms, (dirty isn’t a strong enough term)Beds uncomfortable, previous guests shower gel in shower, toenails next to bed. Daughters woke to bedbug/flea bites in the morning. No option to move hotel as all fully booked

Liked: The staff were excellent and were more than willing to help out
Disliked: A very dated and poorly maintained property. It’s in drastic need of a complete renovation both inside and outside.
