Disliked: Mattress was a little bit too hard, no shampoo, conditioner or body wadh

Liked: There wasn’t anything specific that stood out.
Disliked: The shower had limescale and mould around the rubber lining of the doors. The shower door was faulty. The WiFi was really poor so I was unable to communicate with anyone unless I stood by the window. They offer a restaurant service but were not serving food on Saturday, I had to leave the property and walk 25 minutes to get something for my daughter to eat. Yet I was told the walk was only 10 minutes.

Did what we needed it...

Liked: Easy to get to lovely presented in the main areas and family room was very large.Food served at the reception was lovely.
Disliked: Room was not as clean as it could have been and some damage to shower cubicle and quick fixes to cracked paintwork just looked covered up.Mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable.

Disliked: The room was disgusting. The bed was as hard as sleeping on rocks. The bathroom was unclean, and the towel felt as if it had been used before.
