Liked: The location of the property is excellent as its beachfront and steps away from the center of town with shopping, food, etc.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room, infrequency of cleaning the room especially for the price paid, how the room assignments are made. There was hair in the bathroom from a previous guest. The rooms are only serviced every third day but for $1,800 for two nights I would expect a daily service from housekeeping. We were assigned to a room in the south tower which is separate from the main hotel and means you have to go outside and cross the street to reach any amenities or staff. The garage for this building is also much smaller with tight spots so if you have a SUV it’s a bit hard to fit and be able to open your doors. Lastly, there is no way to book an ocean facing room. Our room was right next to the laundry room which meant that you could hear the washers and dryers operating and the doors being slammed shut. In addition, the balcony was facing a neighboring building that had a patio so it was a bit inconvenient to be surrounded by people on all sides.

Disliked: Room has kitchenette without a surface to sit and eat at. Balcony was so riddled with ac noise you couldn’t hear the ocean. Lack of communication on when housekeeping comes to room which led to over flowing trash can. TV lacking the ability to mirror like most smart tvs was also disappointing. Excellent oceanfront location and value...

Liked: very comfortable and clean room with great view. Quiet time of year and excellent breakfast with coffee available all day! Warmly greeted by parking security guard and gentleman at front desk ( probably the manager) was very helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect.
Disliked: selection of tv channels was limited and no pool chairs on beach. The roof indoor pool needed to be skimmed - many bugs.I wish the bar was up and running.
