Liked: Great location in the heart of Bethany. Easy parking.
Disliked: Wish we had a room overlooking ocean??

Excellent oceanfront location and value...

Liked: very comfortable and clean room with great view. Quiet time of year and excellent breakfast with coffee available all day! Warmly greeted by parking security guard and gentleman at front desk ( probably the manager) was very helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect.
Disliked: selection of tv channels was limited and no pool chairs on beach. The roof indoor pool needed to be skimmed - many bugs.I wish the bar was up and running.

NEVER AGAIN !!! Watch out...

Liked: When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who directed us to go to the parking garage to park now mind you he filled out a tag handed to us told us put it in the window and go ahead and park over there underneath the parking garage. We go check in. They tell us they’re charging our credit card $40 for incidentals and it will be returned back to us after we check out.. here we are a week later and still have not had our money returned when I called to find out why they said well because you use the parking garage and that’s $20 a day mind you it’s April. It’s off peak season at NO point were we told we would be charged for parking when we could’ve parked on the street for free and the parking garage was nothing special. When I asked, can I have the $40 return since we were not made aware of the parking garage fee she said she was sorry that we weren’t told but no !! this is how they scam people out of money. They’re already overcharging and it’s not that great of a hotel it’s dirty and the smell is soo bad !! No cleaning staff and can’t get anyone to clean room or take garbage out .. RUN DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Disliked: There were a few hiccups that fell short of the otherwise high standards. Upon arrival, the kitchen appliances needed a thorough wipe-down, which was disappointing. The ice maker didn’t work, and the bathroom sink had a stubborn clog and we had to call maintenance. Despite these small setbacks, Ocean Suites provided a relaxing and memorable getaway. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea.
