Liked: The front staff was very corporate the manager was a different story they had no cable TV for over eight hours and refused to give me a refund and are charging me for walking in the room and turning the TV on the manager said that they don't give refunds I'm going to talk to the owner if nothing happens I will be never stay at a best Western ever again
Disliked: The front desk knew about the cable TV situation and didn't tell me about it
