Good stay with no problems

Disappointed. Will not return

Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms. After the first night, we went to get breakfast 45 mins before breakfast was due to end. It was gone. The dishes were being done, nothing else was mewing prepared, there was cereal only. Brewing the hotel was sold out this weekend, why would there not be more than enough hot breakfast for the guests?? The second night there were lots of flying bugs in the bathroom and all in the tub. One room also had 2 roaches, one in the sink and one on the bed. When we told the manager on duty, she acted as if she didn’t believe us and said we must have left the doors open. We were on the top floor. I sent a detailed email to the general manager and still have not heard one word back and it’s been a month since our stay. After paying over $600 for 2 rooms for 2 nights, I would think I at least deserved a response.
