Very good

Liked: The pool
Disliked: Being on the second floor the hallway to the right between the middle and end of builden stunk and so did the stair well. The breakfast was a little blah they should have kept the individual yogurts and had better options for cereal for kids and I like when they had the waffle maker better.

Great post flight stopover on...

Liked: Quiet but convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean room with efficient A/C already turned on, which was great, as it was 90 degrees outside.

Disliked: They are lacking on cleanliness. All areas where hands and fingers hit were covered with fingerprints. Like the brushed metal plates around the door knobs were just gross as was the elevator. The fabric chairs in the room (as well as the lounge area in the entrance) were all stained. The dust on the toilet paper holders was disgusting. The room was ill equipped with towels. The table and chairs in the room were rickety…. And though the floors in the entrance area were continually mopped it was with fabulouso cleaner which has the most disgusting, cheap smell. Far from smelling clean.

Liked: We stay here every time we come to York.The rooms are clean,beds are comfy,staff is very nice,pool is warm,they offer a breakfast with different things to choose from. Its convenient to the beach,zoo and light house

There are bugs in the...

Liked: They accommodated moving my room because of bugs.
Disliked: The first room I checked into, I killed 6 bugs in 30 mins. I was so grossed out that I had to ask to move rooms. I also didn’t like that they don’t keep any AC on in the rooms, so it took an hour to cool down the rooms.

The hotel was quiet, clean...

Liked: Breakfast had a good selection. Room was clean and large. Hallways were quiet.
Disliked: Had to go downstairs for ice. Had 4 bath towels but only 2 face clothes and 2 hand towels. There were 4 occupants in room.
