The Victorian Best Western York House Hotel has been family-run since 1896. Eastbourne's shopping and theaters can be reached in around a 10 minute walk. Guests can relax on the sea-view terrace and enjoy cocktails. Drinks are also offered at Verandah Bar and good food and wine is available in the dining room. Limited on-street car-parking in front of the hotel may be available (for an additional fee) with a discount voucher to be collected at check-in. Liked: Pool was lovely. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful.
Disliked: Horrible view from the room. Especially considering the hotel was half empty.
