Double booked. No response from...
Disliked: I was double charged for my room. I contacted the hotel several times but never received a response. It for this reason that I have given the hotel a low score.

Nice hotel in great location...
Liked: Modern, comfortable room. Good breakfast, good facilities.
Disliked: Whilst we were there there were power cuts both days which caused the smoke alarm to go off in our room. This was very loud and happened twice, early in the morning the first day and once the following morning also. Not really the fault of the hotel but it did impact our stay unfortunately.

Exceptional
Liked: We liked how clean and spacious the rooms were! Breakfast was also a bonus cause it was so good! We liked all the variety and different options for breakfast. The rooms really spacious and clean and cool after a hot day in the sun!
Disliked: There was nothing we didnt like!

Liked: I liked how the property was right by oceans of fun and that was the main reason we were going! The rooms were nice and clean
Disliked: Weekday breakfast ending at 9am was a bit early. While I was still eating the person cleaning the area turned off the lights at 9am while we were finishing eating our food.

Overall, it was pleasant.
Liked: Very close to Worlds of Fun and quick eats. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
Disliked: The rooms have an odor that was hard to mask.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were professional.
Disliked: I walked barefoot in the room after a shower and my feet were dirty when I went to put my shoes on. Everything else looked clean such as the countertops, mini fridge, microwave, etc. The breakfast hostess had barely understood English so it took awhile for her to answer a question. I wanted regular syrup for a waffle, there was none. I think regular syrup should be available for guests. Also the coffee was barely drinkable. I stayed at this hotel in May 2024 and the coffee was great.
